Jeppediinho’s debut album, Games of Life, released on October 24th, 2025, is a sprawling, emotional and sonic journey that feels like stepping into a kaleidoscope of sound, colour, and introspection. Emerging from Stockholm with a hybrid style that stitches together classic house energy, hard rock intensity, pop sensibility, and the neon-lit drama of 80s production aesthetics, Jeppediinho has crafted a project that refuses to sit still. It moves—sometimes like a pulse rising under the skin, sometimes like a storm on the horizon. From the explosive opener “Illusion” to the dark, mysterious final act, “The Raven,” the album is an odyssey through vulnerability, triumph, and internal confrontation. It’s not simply a listening experience, but a reflection of the battles we fight privately and the victories we claim quietly, leaving listeners breathless, reflective, and uplifted.

One of the most captivating elements of Games of Life is its collaborative spirit. Jeppediinho partnered with a diverse range of vocalists across Sweden, England, the United States, and Australia, each lending unique emotional texture to the record. Their identities remain anonymous—an unusual artistic decision, yet one that allows the message to reign above personality and celebrity. As a result, every vocal feels like an intimate performance from someone living the lyrics rather than performing them. Whether it’s the soaring resilience in “I’m Unbreakable” or the hushed vulnerability in “Lost in My Mind”, each voice adds depth, making the album feel like an international chorus unified by shared emotional terrain.

The opening track, “Illusion,” immediately sets the tone, blending atmospheric synth builds with percussive electronic momentum. It explores the deceptive nature of perception—how easily we convince ourselves that we are fine when the truth is unravelling beneath the surface. It feels like standing at the edge of something huge but uncertain, the moment before life breaks open. That tension carries into “The Wrong Time,” a song that crackles with frustration and urgency, capturing the ache of opportunities missed and love lost by seconds rather than miles. The production draws from both rock and electronic worlds, pushing forward like a heartbeat accelerating under emotional strain.

By the time “Lost in My Mind” arrives, the album has shifted from external frustration to internal examination. This track is one of the strongest emotional pillars on the record—haunted, drifting, and introspective, with an echoing vocal performance that feels like a confession spoken through darkness. It pairs beautifully with “Find Myself”, which acts as its spiritual counterpart. Where “Lost in My Mind” sinks into confusion, “Find Myself” fights upward through it, a musical sunrise after a sleepless night. The track’s energetic beat and hopeful melodies embody the moment one decides to rebuild rather than crumble—a reminder that healing is messy but possible.

“I’m Unbreakable” serves as a turning point within the album’s narrative arc, exploding with defiance and self-realisation. The electric guitars clash against shimmering electronic lines, creating a sonic landscape that mirrors emotional resistance. It’s an anthem for anyone who has endured doubt and finally decided to stop apologising for surviving. That rising strength continues into “Coming Back,” which pulses with determination and perseverance. There is triumph woven into the production: the heavy kicks and synth layers feel like victory drums calling from a battlefield won through exhaustion, scars, and grit.

In contrast, “What Are You Waiting For?” is a challenge posed directly to the listener—a call to action wrapped inside pulsing rhythm and suspenseful build. It asks the difficult question: Are you living, or are you watching your life pass by? Followed by “Real Love,” the tone softens, shifting into warmth and sincerity. It carries a glowing 80s-inspired nostalgia but remains grounded in modern production. Where previous tracks wrestle with personal struggle, “Real Love” feels like taking a deep breath after chaos, celebrating connection and emotional refuge.

Later, “We Are The Winners” and “Feels So Good” arrive as the most euphoric tracks on the album—explosive, celebratory, and meant for dance floors buzzing with lights and life. These songs are victory laps, capturing the moment when strength turns outward and life feels not only survivable, but joyful. The energy is infectious, lifting listeners into a space where resilience becomes a shared celebration rather than a solitary battle.

The album’s final stretch carries some of its most thought-provoking work. “What’s Your Mentality?” tackles the mindset behind growth, digging into questions of identity and accountability. Its pulsing bass and dynamic vocals make it feel like a conversation set to rhythm—an invitation for introspection without judgment. “The Power Inside” continues the theme, emphasising inner strength and the quiet courage required to recognise self-worth. It is one of the most uplifting songs on the album, radiating emotional warmth within powerful electronic architecture.

Then comes “The Raven,” a cinematic and darkly mesmerising finale that echoes like a mythic warning. It draws inspiration from gothic storytelling, closing the album with unresolved tension and poetic mystery. It’s a reminder that the cycles of life—fear, doubt, growth, power—are never truly finished. We transform, we fall, we rise again.

In its entirety, Games of Life is a stunning debut—bold, emotionally charged, and built on sincere storytelling. It speaks to survival and self-discovery, to the grit required to rebuild and the joy waiting on the other side. Jeppediinho has built a sonic journal tracing the fragile and powerful complexity of being human. If this is the beginning of his artistic journey, the future promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.
